Donna may paint the flowers in her garden, the cascading falls on the Potomac River or any of the other beautiful parks and natural wonders around the area. For Donna, each painting is an accumulation of all she has learned from previous paintings, classes, books, workshops, experiments, successes and failures. She has painted with watercolor, acrylic and oil as well as mixed-media collage, representationally and abstractly. Donna is also a jewelry maker who specializes in forged jewelry in silver or mixed metals.
